The registration authority issues the applicant with a registration certificate. The registration certificate contains the following data:

  • Family name,
  • First names with marking of the common first name,
  • doctoral degree,
  • Date of birth
  • current addresses, marked according to main and secondary residence

Upon request, the registration certificate can also contain additional information in addition to the above information. This is a so-called extended registration certificate. For the extended registration certificate, it is best to state what it is needed for (e.g. marriage, consulate, conclusion or termination of various contracts, etc.).

It should be noted here that you must be registered/registered with the registration authority at the address you provided in accordance with § 17 Registration (1) of the Federal Registration Act and that the mailing is only possible to your registration address.

We will forward your application to the registration office within 2 – 3 working days. After receiving the application, the responsible registration office will contact you by post. The period may vary depending on the registration office.
